Our Care Services
Independent Living is for the senior who wants to maintain a rich and rewarding life, without the responsibilities of running a household. At The Forum at The Woodlands you are given a maintenance-free lifestyle with options: choice of floor plans, restaurant-style dining, housekeeping services, exercise and wellness programs, and much more.
Our retirement community is an ideal setting for active seniors who want to focus on the things most enjoyed in life, but yet who also want to have assistance available, should it be needed.
Assisted living residents are those who do not need skilled nursing care, but may need assistance with some aspects of daily life. This can include personal care such as dressing and grooming, monitoring of health, safety, and overall well-being, coordination of outside health care providers, assistance with medication, companionship, and more.
Our assisted living residents at The Forum at The Woodlands live in their own private apartment within our community so that they have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible.
At The Forum at The Woodlands, Bridge to Rediscovery, our Alzheimer’s and Memory Care program, encourages independence, rediscovery and exploration, all in a secure and caring environment.
Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.
We also offer hospice care so that our residents can remain in the same place while both they and their family receive comfort and care during this difficult time.
